Project Description
While employed by Panoramic Interests, LLC, Evan McDonald served as project manager for this 91-unit, mixed-use apartment project - the first high-rise building constructed in Berkeley in over 30 years. The project symbolizes the change in Berkeley's downtown from a depleted city core to a major residential and cultural center.
Upon becoming project manager, Mr. McDonald secured the construction financing, implemented design changes to meet stringent high-rise construction code requirements, and reorganized the construction team to get the project back on schedule. Mr. McDonald also secured the permanent project financing.
