Developed by Panoramic Interests, LLC
Project Description
The principals of Hudson McDonald began the development of this project in the office of Panoramic Interests, LLC. Upon the formation of Hudson McDonald, the developer retained them to complete the project. The new building replaced a defunct, single-story masonry structure and an unsightly billboard. Bachenheimer's tower provides a visual termination for Shattuck Avenue. The original owner of the property partnered with the developer to convert his land holdings into an asset more appropriate for estate planning.
The principals of Hudson McDonald were involved in all aspects of developing this project, from identifying the property, designing the project, securing the financing, and managing the construction. They placed a special emphasis on working with the architect to create an award-winning, cost-effective building with an historic appearance. They were recently hired by the ownership entity to complete the complex transition from construction period financing to permanent financing.
